Dear Editor,
Are liars fit to serve as judges in Franklin County, Missouri (or any other county)? How about prosecutors?
If you’ve printed my letters before, your readers are aware of me and my case. I have shown that the driver’s license is merely evidence of payment of an excise tax (indirect) tax. I have shown that if affords no public safety whatsoever. I have shown that it is being unlawfully, arbitrarily imposed on the unwitting citizenry for the unjust enrichment of insolent, disobedient public servant usurpers of the peoples’ inherent political power. Because I have vigorously expounded the truth (facts and law) of this matter, by word and by deed, said public servants have attacked me under color of law. This resulted in my prosecution, conviction, sentencing and imprisonment, all at very great public expense.
Anyone can examine the record of my case, 20R030001269-01, and record of my post-conviction motion, Case No. 04AB-CC00203. The due process violations are flagrant and numerous. The record shows that on no less that three occasions, the record was falsified deliberately, by Judge Robert Schollmeyer. The record also shows that Franklin County Prosecutor, Robert Parks lied, and that he and Schollmeyer collaborated in collusion and conspiracy to falsify the records to prevent me from the remedy at law I’m entitled to, and keep me in prison.
There is only one logical reason why they would resort to this extreme, over a simple traffic infraction; to suppress the truth (facts and law) I represent which proves that the driver’s license regulatory revenue scheme is being misapplied and used against Missourians as a protection racket of legalized plunder and extortion.
The truth can stand; only lies must have such unlawful, unethical support from liars who have betrayed the public trust, while fallaciously pretending to be lawfully and beneficially serving the people.
The actions of Parks and Schollmeyer have undermined the honesty and integrity of the 20th Judicial Circuit, and trampled the rights of the people. For this heinous crime, they have each respectively forfeited their offices, and must be removed there from forthwith pursuant to Article VII, Missouri Constitution, and Chapter 106, RSMo.
